If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your social media management services with Social Anchor, you must provide us with 14 days' notice prior to your next billing cycle. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in charges for the upcoming billing cycle.

If you cancel your services within the designated cancellation period, you will not be charged for the upcoming billing cycle. If you cancel your services after the designated cancellation period, you will be charged for the upcoming billing cycle.
